The Panhellenic Recruitment process here at Ohio University is completely a values-based recruitment process.  This allows for our potential new members to connect with our chapters on campus on the important subjects; what matters to them and what makes them who they are.  As Vice President of Recruitment I strive to help every woman find their home here at Ohio University and a place where they feel empowered to be themselves, lead and change the world one day at a time.  Each chapter brings so much to the table and are so diverse in philanthropy, sisterhood and everything else that comes with sorority life!  The best advice I can give you? Be confident in yourself and fully trust the process! I know you’ll hear that 1000 times during this but truly it works!
