Each fall, the Panhellenic Council hosts primary recruitment, in which all 10 Panhellenic chapters participate in a four-round process. Any undergraduate women enrolled at Ohio University is able to register for recruitment! View the registration page to learn more about the requirements!
Registration Opens: Thursday, May 15 at 9 a.m.
Registration Closes: Tuesday, August 26 at 11:55 p.m.
Items needed in order to complete registration:

Headshot: Please use a picture of only you where you are facing forward (preferably from the shoulders-up, or a headshot).

Fee: There is a $55 registration fee in order help make primary recruitment possible.
Resumes are optional but if you would like to add one, we recommend you add your high school experiences, any awards or recognitions you received, leadership roles you held, but you do not have to add job experiences.
No chapter at Ohio University requires letters of recommendation, but if you would like to send one, please check out each chapter's page to find out how to send it!

PNM Orientation: Panhellenic Recruitment Orientation
When: Tuesday, August 26 at 7 p.m.
Where: Baker Ballroom in Baker Center
What to Wear: Check out these fits! Wear what you are most comfortable in, you will be sitting down and listening to information.

When: Friday, August 29 (5:30 to 9 p.m.) & Saturday, August 30 (8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
Meeting Location: College Green
What to Wear: You will get your recruitment shirt at orientation. All PNMs will wear this shirt and style it however they would like. You may not be able to wear any smart watches or have any phones during any of the parties you attend- unless it is needed for medical use. Check out some examples!
A PNM will be able to visit all 10 Panhellenic chapters this round.

Values & Service Round
When: Sunday, August 31 (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Meeting Location: College Green
What to Wear: Check out these fits! Think of a brunch outfit you would wear. Whether that is a romper, dress, or skirt/jeans and a cute top- let it show your personality! You may not wear a smart watch or have a phone during any of the parties you attend- unless it is needed for medical use.
A PNM will get to visit up to eight of the Panhellenic chapters this round.

Sisterhood Round
When: Monday, September 1 (11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Meeting Location: College Green
What to Wear: Check out some examples! These outfits are more dressed up compared to Values & Service Round. Think of mini dresses or a romper that shows your personality! You may not have a smart watch or have a phone during any of the parties you attend- unless it is needed for medical use.
A PNM will visit up to five of the Panhellenic chapters this round.

Preference Round
When: Saturday, September 6 (8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.)

What to Wear: This round is the most formal out of them all. We would recommend wearing a dress with either sandals or heels. You may not have a smart watch or have a phone during any of the parties you attend- unless it is needed for medical use. Check out these fits!

Bid Day
