Founded On A Rock
Gamma Phi Beta was founded at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York on November 11, 1874. The Eta Omicron chapter was founded at Ohio University in 2015. Their motto is "Founded On A Rock".
Gamma Phi Beta, also known as GPhi, proudly serves the Girls on the Run as its philanthropy. OHIO's chapter hosts multiple events each semester to raise money and spread awareness such as Gamma Fry Beta and Moonball.
Gamma Phi Beta's symbol is the crescent moon, their colors are brown and mode, and their flower is the pink carnation.
Their values are love, labor, learning, and loyalty.
A Gamma Phi Beta tradition is Carnation Ball, which is a formal hosted in the fall.
