Delta Zeta was founded at Barnard College in New York, New York on October 10, 1902. The Omicron Gamma chapter was founded at Ohio University in 1990. Their motto is "Walk Truly Through The Light of The Flame".
Delta Zeta, also known as DZ, proudly serves the Starkey Hearing Foundation as its philanthropy. OHO's chapter hosts multiple events throughout the semester to raise money and spread awareness.
Delta Zeta's symbol is the Roman Lamp, their colors are pink and green, and their flower is the killarney rose.
Their values are generosity, curiosity, empowerment, community, friendship, and belonging.
A Delta Zeta tradition is Stacks for Starkey, their yearly philanthropy event where they make pancakes and sell them to the community!
